Payment Methods

Park Branch Condominium Owners have a varierty of ways to submit their condo fee assessments.  Options for making payments are listed below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

Check: Made payable to Park Branch Condos - You don't even need to mail the check to us! Send the Park Branch Condos Treasurer a picture of the front and back of your check via your smart phone and the Treasurer will do the rest. No more waiting for the mail, you will receive notification when your check is deposited into the Wells Fargo account! Please contact Sabrina Fludd, Treasurer for details.

eCheck:  Payable directly through the site.  Just log in and select eCheck and follow instructions for paying by check.

Money Order: Made payable to Park Branch Condos

Automatic Withdrawal: Have your money transfered directly from your checking account to the Park Branch bank Account. Please contact Sabrina Fludd, Treasurer for bank account details.
 

PAYPAL: Please click on the Paypal Tabs (either one month or multi-month) tabs to make a payment.  Use the One Month tab to pay an exact monthly amount.  Use the multi-month if you are paying more than one month.  You can pay with your Paypal account or VISA/MC/American Express.

PayPal Payments- All owners paying their condo fees via PayPal must include the 2.9% assessment fee with their payments. The Association is not responsible for paying these fees. A schedule of the assessment is provided below.
